The EVO™ CUT PRO edition abrasive disc for FESTOOL sanders is a high efficiency sanding paper designed with quality materials resulting in an exceptionally long-lasting disc. It can be used on many types of surfaces such as wood and metals for both residential, commercial and industrial applications. The sharp aluminum oxide reinforced abrasive grains are evenly placed on the surface to create a fast, smooth, and uniform sanding action. Additionally, the EVO™ CUT sanding disc’s backing is made of polyester paper and is secured with a phenolic resin to reduce tearing, prevent premature delamination, and increase performance. This abrasive disc is self-adhesive (Velcro) and is compatible with sanding blocks, electric and air powered orbital sanders. It is available in grits 40 to 400* for removing material, preparing the surface before finishing or even for roughening and correcting. The PRO edition incorporates best manufacturing practices and offers a product that is truly designed for large-scale sanding projects. The polyester-reinforced ‘film’ backing delivers unrivalled performance even on corners, edges and irregular shapes. Considered a ‘semi-open’ abrasive, it is mainly used on hardwood, epoxy and metal surfaces.
Use :
The EVO™ CUT PRO edition abrasive disc for FESTOOL sanders is intended for, among other things, surface preparation prior to finishing, depolishing and correction.
It can be used on wood, paints, varnishes, epoxies, polyaspartics, gypsum, metals, rust and plastics.
